    Roadblocks to Diversity and Inclusion

    The ACC is addressing hidden costs in archaeological field schools to improve accessibility and inclusivity, equipping students with strategies to overcome financial barriers and reshape the discipline.

    The Culture of Field Schools

    The ACC is examining the culture of archaeological field schools to identify barriers limiting participation. Our mission is to drive meaningful change by fostering inclusive, welcoming environments in archaeological training.
